Hot water is via two Rinnai Infinity gas fired units. One serves the kitchen and hosts facility; the other serves the guest rooms. The temperature controllers for these units are located in the kitchen. Heating. A Braemar gas fired warm air furnace supplies central heating to all areas except the kitchen. This has four levels of heating, and the ducting is zoned to allow the guest rooms to be isolated if required.
